Heart & Soul, a mother and daughter singing duo are on a mission from God. A mission of hope, help and healing for the hurting. Aly Morgan and Jennifer Holmes sing about real life sorrow and pain they have been through and how God has turned their lives around. They speak out about the effects of domestic violence in the home. What it does, not only to the woman but to the children as well. Aly speaks from the perspective point of a woman being physically abused, and a mother watching her daughter self-destruct from an addiction to alcohol, caused from the effects of abuse in the home. Jennifer speaks of how she was out of control and spiraling to a spiritual emptiness, feeling there was no reason to live.

Their lives have not always been one of faithfulness to God. They have taken detours and countless disappointments, and at times lonely and painful existences. God's unfailing love has brought them to a resting place at the feet of Christ. Through the turmoil of domestic violence, divorce, and alcohol, they have come full circle. They both accepted Christ at a young age but strayed into the world in search of love and acceptance. Finally hitting bottom spiritually, turned back to the one place where they were met with open arms. Hearing Gods small still voice and knowing that God gave his son, so they could be pardoned form sin. Realizing Gods love never fails; they found the one thing they were searching for, a relationship with God. Now when the storms of life come, they meet them head on, knowing they can experience peace, because they are safe in the arms of Jesus.
