The purpose of "Options" is to be Christ-centered, addressing not only emotional needs, but spiritual needs as well.

I believe Christ to be the ultimate counselor, teacher and provider of peace. I also believe he calls Christians to reach out in unconditional love and acceptance, giving hope and guidance whenever possible.

God has allowed me to experience many things, giving me the opportunity to turn lemons into lemonade by sharing my experience, strength and hope with many who now walk the paths I have walked. I have seen God turn messes into miracles and now know that negative can become positives when used to help others.

My desire is to help those who need to accept and forgive their past, to encourage and lift up the family unit, to model spiritual and mental health, and to seek God's will in everything.

My obligation is to love the unlovely and practice honesty in all things.

My commitment is to give my best, being aware of my limitations, and always considering the well being of the client first.

Pat provides FREE group counseling for women and children at WFFM.

"Options" offers counseling as a reduce rate of $35.00 per session, each session lasting sixty minutes. My desire is to provide services inexpensive enough for anyone wanting help, and willing to seek counsel. My experience, however, has proved that effort and value is placed only on that which cost something.

Sessions are by appointment, flexible to work with individual schedules.
